SERVICES

  • Multidisciplinary pain clinic within a teaching hospital environment.. Accredited by the Faculty of Pain Medicine for Training Pain Medicine trainees. Involved in research and benchmarking (ePPOC). 

  • Individual and group therapy. Multiple group programs including Introductory Education, Sleep, Mindfulness, Physical Rehabilitation, Pacing, Psychology topics. Interventional procedures available as part of multidisciplinary management.

  • Paediatric service - supports patients in catchment area either independently or in combination with Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital Persistent Pain Service.

STAFF

  • Specialist medical staff include Pain Medicine Physicians, Rehabilitation Physician, Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Specialist; allied health professionals include Clinical Nurse Consultant, Clinical Nurse, Physiotherapist, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Advanced Allied Health Assistant; Administration Officers and Data Manager.
