ABOUT
BOOST Health Labs specialises in evidence-based pain recovery.
BOOST’s origins are deeply personal. After a decade-long battle with chronic pain, our Managing Director, Tina McIntosh, embarked on a transformative journey, taking her recovery into her own hands. This personal odyssey became the driving force behind the BOOST Health Labs flagship products, the BOOST Recovery Program and the Brain Changer app, based on Tina’s system that operationalises pain neuroscience.
BOOST Recovery meets people where they are, with a fully customised approach to ensure that each person’s program is tailored to their specific needs and lifestyle. The program has already helped over 100 people return to work and life.
BOOST Health Labs’ work is grounded in the latest scientific findings and clinical practices across various health domains, including pain neuroscience, education, movement science, behavioural health, and psychologically-informed care. Our team of pain-informed, expert Pain Recovery Coaches comprises AHPRA registered Allied Health Professionals specialising in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and osteopathy.
BOOST Health Labs believes that everyone has a right to live a safe and joyful life. You can recover from pain – we’ll show you how.
