For people living with pain, visiting any website can be overwhelming sometimes because of all the information that is available. For this reason, as part of Pain Awareness Month in September, we introduced the Painaustralia chatbot.
The chatbot, developed in close consultation with our consumer stakeholders, will be our intelligent assistant to help consumers, health care professionals and stakeholders to navigate through information on the Painaustralia website.
