Priyanka is a health policy expert with nearly a decade of experience across public and chronic health issues. She has worked as the National Policy and Strategy advisor for Dementia Australia, working to drive significant reform across the aged care sector. She has also worked as a Policy and Communications advisor with the Consumers Health Forum of Australia managing the electronic health, primary care and medicines portfolios.
Priyanka also has experience working as a management consultant and holds a Master in Business Management from the Manchester Business School.
Nick Nguyen, Office & Design Manager
Nick has been working for non-profit sector for over six years. Engaging with many community groups within Canberra and interstate .He always wants to use his skills set to contribute to the work that helps the community. He has been managing small to large scale events for Community Health Organisation including the AIDS Action Council. Along with his IT knowledge he has a strong interest in structural and aesthetic design concepts. Nick is currently the organisations web development administrator and office manager.
Gordon Houston BA, GDipEd
Gordon has worked in the health sector for a number of years and is an experienced Project Manager. In his most recent role with healthcare company, Aspen Medical, he managed the accreditation and reporting for all training and educational coursework.
Gordon is a qualified teacher who has taught in primary schools and in special needs settings. While travelling and living in different parts of the world, Gordon also worked in childcare and disability sectors. He has a personal interest in mental health and chronic pain and hopes that his work can improve outcomes for the millions of people who live with these conditions every day.
Gordon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching obtained from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from the University of Wollongong.
